We read every message. Whether you have spotted a wrong number, want to understand where a figure came from, or want to talk about working together, here is how to reach MAP SO HARD.
Email us
The fastest way to reach us is by email:
[neighborhoodwebsiteguy@gmail.com](mailto:neighborhoodwebsiteguy@gmail.com)
We aim to reply within a few business days. Please include enough detail for us to help — for corrections, the specific map and state, and the source you believe is correct, are especially useful.
What to contact us about
- Corrections. If you think a value is wrong, tell us and point us to the authoritative source. Sourced corrections are welcome and are exactly how a data project should work. Our standards for sourcing and updates are described in the Methodology.
- Data and source questions. Want to know which table a number came from, or how a metric is defined? Ask — every value on the site has a recorded source, period, and note.
- Partnerships and press. For collaboration, licensing, or media questions, email us with a short description of what you have in mind.
- Privacy requests. To access, correct, or delete personal information, or to ask a question about data and cookies, see the Privacy Policy and email us using the address above.
Newsletter
A newsletter is not active yet. When it launches, you will be able to subscribe to get new maps in your inbox, and every email will include an unsubscribe link. Until then, email is the best way to stay in touch.
A note on accuracy
MAP SO HARD is an independent project and is not affiliated with the government agencies or organizations whose public data it visualizes. If you represent one of those organizations and have a question about attribution, please reach out using the email above.
